About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest retail fashion brands from Europe. Currently they have about 40 own retail stores across China and they are keep their fast expansion plans in China. Therefore they are looking for strong real estate expansion professionals to join an exciting business.

Job Description
You are required to open stores of size and location in line with the company's expansion strategy and that includes: Finding possible locations for free standing stores in streets; Negotiate with shopping centres operators; Negotiating conditions with landlords; Negotiating legal matters with lawyers in China and Legal Department in head office as well as coordination with Works/Architectural responsible in China.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years’ Real Estate industry experience.
• Experience in Department Store space management will be highly valued.
• Experience of opening many stores in downtown of big cities in China.
• Strong link with good real estate agents.
• Advanced knowledge of retail industry.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation.
• Experience of work for shopping mall stores deal.
• Fluent English, Mandarin.
• Good understanding of financials.
