Due to their business expansion in China, now they are looking for a high caliber Procurement Manager for Feed Additives to join in their Shanghai office.

Job Description

Report to Global Head of Procurement in Germany, you are mainly responsibilities are showed as following:

• Acquisition of new suppliers in the area of feed additives.
• Managing the existing suppliers in the area of feed additives.
• Price negotiations with suppliers.
• Monitoring the adherence with the agreed delivery dates.
• Support of our external shipping agent in regard to the clearing and settlement of shippings.
• Complaint processing Market research on existing and newly to be procured products.
• Organization of documents for product registrations.
• Preparation and execution of pre-audits in close collaboration with the Quality Assurance department.
• Regular national and occasional international travel activity.

The Successful Applicant

You should have bachelor degree with more than 7 years procurement/sourcing experience in foreign company. Experience in Procurement and/or Sales in the area of Fine Chemical and Feed Additives, would be highly preferred. Solid experience in supplier management and cost reduction, be capable to build up the win-win strategy with key supplier partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills, can work independently within a lean organization. Fluent English and Chinese are must requirement.
