Job Description
This exciting new position will be a part of Weir China – Power and Industrial Sales Team, responsible to build and reinforce the relationship with key customers in China nuclear power sector by supporting customer with technical consultancy with efforts of team. You will work closely and report to the Weir China Nuclear Sales Director, taking the initiative to establish relationships with prospected key customers and identify, track and pursue key strategic projects to support organizational goals and objectives. There will be a need to engage the customer emotionally, creating preference and a feeling of fondness about the Weir product or service. Furthermore you will have an understanding of customer's needs and to produce innovative solutions, while presenting Weir products and/or solutions engagingly and confidently to customer. You will also have the sole responsibility of managing the customer for timely decisions, dealing with objections, negotiating price and conditions of sale. Thereafter, you will deliver post sales care persistently, relating to the customer and taking all steps necessary to satisfy the customer. Maintaining the customer relationship after the sale is completed is a key part of this role and will have the accountability to continuously looking to identify new needs and business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

You will need at least a Bachelor degree & above in business, engineering or related major. A minimum of 5 years sales experience or a customer contact role in global manufacturing company with a proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. There will be emphasis on the fundamental sales skill sets:
