Job Description
Commercial responsibility for Mineral and Vitamin Premix Sales in China.
Developing relationships with key Global Customers operating within these markets.
Developing relationships with key Local Customers, Distributors and Agents within these markets.
Responsibility for Global Key Accounts within these markets.
This will include participation in Regional and potentially Global Key Account Teams as well as day-to-day Commercial management of the accounts within these markets.
Develop Commercial Network within these markets to support and deliver on the Glanbia Nutritionals Strategy.
Work closely with Operations, Development and Marketing to maximise commercial success within these markets.
Promote and maintain the company culture of service, customer satisfaction, quality and excellence.
Appointment and assessment of Distributors.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in food science or related science discipline.
At least 10 years of commercial experience in Food Ingredients sector, preferably in Customised Solutions (micro nutrient premixes).
Knowledge and understanding of food science/human nutrition.
A successful record of ‘business building’ across multiple markets.
Previous experience being responsible for P&L and driven to attain set targets.
Experience and comfort operating within a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrated capabilities to thrive in remote regional office locations.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
