Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Managing Director within the firm, you need to lead a team of investment professionals in Shenzhen, you will perform strategic and financial analysis to evaluate impact of acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, leveraged buyouts etc, and also developing comprehensive valuation and financial analysis methodologies, evaluating strategic alternatives, analyzing merger scenarios with potential partners.

The Successful Applicant
The idea candidate should be highly professional gained experience from Significant PE experience in China with an established PE firm (ideally with focus on industrial, manufacturing, technology, financial services or retail consumer) with track record. Related experience within investment banking or corporate finance would be highly preferred and specific industry experience will be a plus. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skill is essential, Experience in financial modeling is a must. Experience working in an international company with global standards. Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English is prerequisite.
