Job Description

As a leasing manager, you will be mainly responsible for:

Formulating and implementing leasing and marketing strategies of property portfolios
Leasing retail property, including the provision of high quality tenant services comprising planning and implementing control of leasing tasks
Marketing retail property, including exploring new clients through business connection and relevant marketing events and maintain a good relationship with existing tenants
Negotiating and engrossing leasing-related documents to maximize the value of client's retail asset
Working with the retail consultancy team to understand the market and provide professional advice and consultancy services to clients.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Real Estate/Brand Management/Luxury management/Commerce is desirable
At least 5 years working experience in Beijing with retail focus and a transaction track record is a must.
International exposure through education and or past employment, similar experience in global real estate agency is advantages
Strong, confident personality and self-motivated, shows drive for target, sets demanding goals, takes active ownership with strong business sense
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
