About Our Client
Our client is a Private Equity Fund focusing on the Greater China and Asia Region real estate market. The fund recently acquired a high - end retail development in a prominent city-center location. As the development nears completion, a strong leasing director is required.

Job Description

Reporting to GM, this role will lead and develop the property leasing function with the aim of providing shopping experiences to customers and return to investors. You will be responsible for:

• Managing new tenant accounts - identifying and recruiting new national and international retainers into the portfolio;
• Visiting Malls, stores and competitors, collecting and analyzing data;
• Increasing asset values by pro-actively leasing the properties, utilizing various marketing techniques to generate revenue and customer satisfaction;
• Leading and coaching the leasing team;
• Reviewing the tenant and leasing analysis and contracts.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful you must have:

• At least eight years extensive real estate leasing experience within a retail business;
• A solid background of retail property development will be highly regarded;
• Extensive experience of planning and organizing work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet challenging deadlines;
• Excellent relationships with retail tenants and comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, international leasing procedures and reporting;
• International background in relative industries and fluent in both English and Chinese writing and speaking.
