About Our Client
Our client is a European Multinational Hotel Chain. Their operations are worldwide and been evident in China for many years. With rapid expansion, they are seeking a strong Internal Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and operations, you will be lead a small professional team. Working closely with the management across business groups, you will be in charge of mapping out audit plans, leading and implementing assignments and key financial controls in alignment with their China growth strategy. As a key contributor to the business, you will be expected to come up with constructive recommendations to further improve efficiencies throughout their properties. Travel is required for this role.

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a CPA/ACCA qualified Internal Auditor with work experience gained in both big 4 auditing firms and a multinational company, hospitality and FMCG industry experience is essential. The idea candidate will have outstanding communication skills and capabilities to work effectively across all levels and functions within the business. Possessing a hands on approach, you will be self motivated and driven to accomplish assignments independently. Knowledge of manufacturing in the automobile and electronic industry will be highly regarded. Fluent English and Mandarin is a must.
