Our client is the property division of one of the largest word leading retail group. With ambitious property development and investment business across China, they need an experienced Contracts Manager based in Beijing, involved with large retail projects across China.

Job Description

You will work with a highly supportive team to use your creativity and implement interior design solutions for multiple projects cross China. The range of functions will include:

• Understanding company’s requirements and providing functional and innovative design solutions
• Work with consultants and Property Acquisition on plans development
• Check and prepare plans for government group approval
• Work within a highly collaborative team to complete simultaneous projects in a fast paced environment
• Provide design input by completing site and local authority visits

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

• Qualified as a store planner/ designer or equivalent with design related education background
• Proven significant experience of site/shopping mall interior design/planning in a large scale retail environment
• Good understanding of government planning and building control regulations
• Experience of presenting to and influencing governance groups fro planning approval
• Willingness to travel to sites
• Highly proficient in computer Aided Design system
