Senior management has identified the Tenant Rep department as their major focus to invest in the support and funding to grow the business. Here lies the opportunity to grow the business from a team of 4-5 to a more sizable and profitable team.

Job Description

• Open to Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director title
• Lead the Commercial Office Tenant Rep department covering North China.
• Responsible for overseeing the business development and execution of leasing assignments.
• Work with the senior management team to build the strategy for business growth.

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in commercial leasing, China experience preferred.
• Management experience
• Have the drive and hunger to be successful and lead the business
• Open to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore
• Mandarin fluency is a big plus
