Job Description
A position has become available for a HR Manager (externally mapped against Director level) with responsibility for all HR activities with a functional regional focus on recruitment (operationally this will be dealt with by local HR teams in each of the countries' entities).
You will recruit & onboard employees at all levels for the AP region while being the regional driver behind the global strategy on HR Business Partner support.
As part of the recruitment role, you will get involved, where necessary, on core HR processes and ensure flawless implementation. You will also provide and execute plans for talent development and enriching pipelines.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have circa ten years of experience in both recruitment and generalist HR. Your ability to communicate and influence in both English & Mandarin will be superb. When you partner with global, regional or local stakeholders you will always keep a strategic view but know how to communicate this in a hands on way.
