About Our Client
Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary whose parent company is an international, European listed, corporation. As a global leader in the heavy duty machinery business, our client has a worldwide presence and a global manufacturing and sales network. Due to internal relocation, the Group Financial Controller role has now arisen for a strong, senior Finance professional to join the business.

Job Description
The role reports and works along side the China Managing Director and is based in Shanghai headquarters. Your responsibilities will include the leadership of a large Finance team across the China operations, including several manufacturing sites.
The role is not only to play a supportive function, but also a driving force to increase market share and direct the strategy.

The Successful Applicant
-At least 12 - 15 years experience with CPA or ACCA and qualification
-manufacturing experience from a corporate perspective
-commercial mindset and enjoys driving the business
-Ability to lead and develop a large team
-Fluent English and Mandarin essential to work in the business
