Job Description

A position has become available which will be instrumental in establishing a strong, centralised financial control function for the business. This role will draw on a person's change management skills (including the re-engineering of financial processes), and will require people use a strategic overview coupled with a hands-on attitude to create an international standard within this newly centralised function.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a strong background in China GAAP and IFRS Reporting, internal policies & controls and will have developed and implemented new business and financial systems - all with a view to supporting business growth.

This individual will have circa 4 years of relevant post qualification (Big 4) experience. Time spent in commercial roles with exposure to the FMCG and / or Retail industries would be highly advantageous.

Stature, maturity and excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to gain respect and trust from those at all levels of an international business. Mandarin and English are key.
