Due to an internal transfer, our client now requires a strong Finance leader to continue the growth and success of the business across the Greater China region.

Job Description
Reporting to the Country Manager of Greater China and VP Finance for Asia Pacific, you will act as a strong business partner to senior management across the functions to drive and support profitable growth throughout the Greater China business. Offering strategic direction, you will provide leadership to a sizeable team, overseeing the preparation of financial statements whilst ensuring timely and accurate reports for your analysis for recommendations to senior management. Improving and maintaining tight internal controls, this role is pivotal in ensuring the Greater China business? systems, processes and financial management are in compliance with PRC statutory requirements whilst implementing key actions for business productivity gains.

The Successful Applicant
-CPA or ACCA qualified
-At least 10-15 years experience in the Finance function in the service industry
-Strong track record in management and team development
-Strategic thinker, planner and executor ? results oriented
-Excellent communication skills to work closely with business and department heads
-Fluent English and Mandarin essential for this position with overseas experience preferred.
