Job Description
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Compliance Director, you will manage a team of risk and compliance experts and auditors in the Greater China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will define visions and implement strategies to improve the current compliance policy and to reduce the incidence of external fraud issues. You are expected to give value added advice to the senior management considering the procedure design and policy execution. The team in China is responsible for mitigating the impact of inappropriate and fraudulent practices on Google Advertisers in China through various proactive and reactive processes and programs.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 6 years experience in commercial audit and compliance.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Bachelors Degree in law, systems engineering, computer science or related field with outstanding academic performance.
• Knowledge in sales or operational audit will be greatly appreciated in this role.
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must.
• Willingness to travel 20%-30% of time.
