Job Description

Reporting to the COO, you will lead all functional departments in the development, production, distribution and sale of office furniture for the Global Market. Utilizing your experience within the furniture sector, you will define product strategy with the product development teams and drive concepts into mass production through sizable joint venture partners. The continual enhancement of these joint venture partnerships is a fundamental aspect of this position. In addition you must leverage significant brand equity with new and existing customers in the successful introduction of new product lines.

The Successful Applicant
To quality, you will be a degree holder or above with at least 10 years hands on manufacturing operations experience within a multinational. Having spent a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position within a fast paced product development, manufacturing or vendor management environment, you will be a superior manager with acute commercial acumen capable of delivering bottom line results. Execution of product strategy, development of subordinates and a systematic approach in delivering world class operations are all prerequisites. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
