Job Description
This is a newly created role reporting to the Chairman and the Executive Management Team.
The Successful Applicant
This is a challenging role that will suit a seasoned and energetic HR executive keen to have an impact on the organization’s next phase of development. Suitable candidates will be degree qualified with at least 15 years’ HR management/organizational development experience. Prior experiences gained in a manufacturing environment and strong track record in the PRC market are pre-requisites. First-rate communication and influencing skills at all levels including the senior management team at board level,as well as a passionate and can-do-attitude are key success factors. Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
