About Our Client
Our client are the property development arm of a leading international retail group, with significant property in China and globally. Due to aggressive expansion plans for the upcoming year, they are now searching for a head of financial planning and analysis to join their fast growing team.

Job Description
Reporting to the China Finance Director and CFO, you will lead and motivate a team of finance professionals to successfully achieve corporate goals. You will partner with key stakeholders across the entire company to assist in business decision marking, planning targets, budgeting and forecasting. You will conduct and communicate the results of overall business performance to global headquarter. You will implement and continually look to streamline process for maximum efficiency and improve financial data system.

The Successful Applicant
You will have 5-7 years experience in multinational corporate preferably within the property development, and CICPA/ACCA qualified. Exhibit first class people management and leadership skills and demonstrate excellence in financial planning, analysis and budgeting for property development industry. Project management expereince and demonstrated commitment to a growing business will be highly regarded. Fluency in Mandarin and English language skills are essential.
