About Our Client
Our client is a highly successful Sino-US Joint Venture which has significant growth plans in China.

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take a lead role in driving the growth of the business throughout major cities in China. Acting as a link between JV partners, you will have ultimate responsibility for the financial management of the operation. Key duties will include exercising control over reporting and planning processes and managing the budgetary and forecast cycles. In addition, you will need to liaise extensively with local and government authorities for the purpose of tax planning and implement internal control strategies.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant with at least 10 years' experience gained within Big 4 and multinational corporations. Exposure to the real estate industry in China especially with solid experience in shopping mall business is highly preferred. You will be a hands-on professional who is able to demonstrate a high degree of transparency and geographical mobility. Outstanding communication and leadership skills are sought with fluency in English and Mandarin essential.
