This is a replacement role since the previous Finance Manager has rotated to the regional HQ.

Job Description
Reporting to CFO China, the Finance Manager is responsible for all areas relating to cost control reporting. The Cost Control Manager performs cost and risk estimating, analysis, and control activities. Provide variance analysis, trending and forecasting on time according to the deadlines. Performs data analysis, identifies problems, and makes recommendations. Proactively identifies changes that have a commercial implication and ensures that changes are tracked and reported. Plans, coordinates, and prepares budget.

The Successful Applicant
7 years prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/cost control area and in a challenging environment, particularly industrial sector. Strong drive to overcome the difficulties and finish the tasks within the deadline. Familiar with Oracle system; Preferably have had training in audit firms and CPA/ACCA/CMA qualified. The ideal candidate should be able to get to the point clearly and present his/her ideas in an efficient way.
