About Our Client
Our client is the top financial performers in the industry of automotive suppliers. With over 45 major vehicle manufacturers, the company currently holds leading positions in all of its primary product categories. They are now looking for a plant Finance Manager with hands-on experience to set up, run and develop shared service centre.

Job Description
The position will be reporting to Senior Finance Manager, Operational Excellence. It is an interesting, challenging and rewarding role.You will use your experience to set up,develop and up running a shared service centre. You will have the opportunity to build your own team, be in charge of all aspects of Financial in terms of operations (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, ICA, billing), financial accounting and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

• Hands on experience in shared service centre set up and development
• Manufacturing costing management
• 4-6 years in full scope finance accounting, and at least 3 years at a management level
• Experience with US MNC highly recommended
• Strong leadership, communication and influential skills
• Excellent time management
• Open-minded, enthusiastic and flexible
• Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoke
