About Our Client
Our client is a leading, Manufacturing business with global operations including 5 continents. Due to rapid expansion in their China business, our client is seeking a Finance Manager to help further develop with the company.

Job Description

-Assist with the coordination of all reporting, forecasting, profit planning, strategic planning, analysis, and balance sheet control activities.
-Assist with strategic and tactical financial guidance and oversight to the various business units within the organization.
-Provide analytical assistance to functional operations and finance groups.
-Financial responsibility for ledger structure within region. Coordination point and leader for all financial requirements.Conduct routine and periodic balance sheet reviews and documents improvement actions.
-Ensure compliance with Eaton policies and generally accepted accounting principals.
-Fosters a robust communication environment within the region and develops a strong finance team.
-Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements
-Drive sales, operating profit, ROS, and working capital improvements for the region.
-Assist units in region with complex accounting and reporting issues.
-Support matrix environment with Sales, operations, and product line management under separate leadership structures.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally candidates will be CPA qualified, at least five years’ experience in a similar sized industry will be advantageous, as will international experience. Candidates will have a proven track record in financial management and accounting, preferably developed in a distribution, import/export or product-related environment with a large MNC. Suitable candidates will possess broad accounting skills and should ideally be highly computer literate. In addition to good influencing ability, the individual should also possess a track record in staff management and extensive experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment. The candidate also needs to be experienced with a large ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.). Fluency in English and Mandarin a must.
