Job Description

• The Finance Director position holds the highest level of responsibility in Finance in China and report to Senior Director of Finance in U.S.
• As a business partner, provide top management with the necessary financial information to establish organizational goals and ensure compliance with all corporate and local financial and legal requirements.
• Provide strong financial leadership to the business through the implementation and maintenance of robust financial systems and controls.
• Controls that proved security of company assets, guarantees the integrity of our financial reporting.
• Directs daily financial operations of all Beijing and Shanghai legal entities.
• Establishes and maintains environment of strong internal operational controls
• Liaise with banks, taxation officers, external auditors and all other related government authorizations in the China.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, complies with all local statutory requirements and manages the preparation of all statutory reporting.
• Quarterly rolling business forecasting and annual business plan preparation.
• Provides work direction and strategic direction to reporting managers and employees.
• Establish and maintain efficient and effective business procedures and policies related to finance in all the offices in the China.

The Successful Applicant

• Completion of a Degree in Finance or Accounting, professional qualification is strongly preferred.
• Ten years or more of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including US and PRC GAAP requirements.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (Oracle preferred).
• Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
• Proven track record as a leader with excellent communication skill in Mandarin and English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
