About Our Client

Our client is a manufacturing based company with an innovative entrepreneurial vision between two joint venture partners. The operation in China is at its initial phase with exceptional foreseeable growth in the next 12-18 months. Hence, our client is seeking an experienced Finance Director to implement effective financial control policies to keep up with the business growth.

Job Description

• This position is a business partnering position for company's overall finance functions, including business planning and budgeting, internal control and accounting.
• Playing a key role in developing and directing strategic initiative for the business.
• Responsible for all aspects of finance including cost managment, accounting systems, reporting, internal control, audit and tax affairs.
• Manager monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with PRC GAAP /IFRS requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Economics or Accounting is required.
• MBA degree or Professional qualification is required.
• Minimum of 10- 15 years of finance managment experience in a MNC environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managment position.
• Experience working in a start up / joint venture / entrepreneurial environment is a competitive advantage
• Experience with automotive OEM manufacturing industry is required.
• Non-Chinese candidate with relavant OEM experience will be considered.
