About Our Client

Our client is a global leader within the healthcare, medical devices and pharmaceutical sectors with a strong market presence in China. Listed on the NYSE, this entrepreneurial group is looking for a proactive and ambitious professional to drive their operations in China.

Job Description
In this high profile position, you will oversee all finance, accounting and control and ensure the accurate and timely reporting in US GAAP. Key to the success of your role is your ability to work with General Manager, China in driving business performance including sales analysis, business forecasting and productivity analysis of manufacturing operations. Furthermore, you will lead the finance team and be actively involved in the hiring, training and mentorship of junior and middle management staff.

The Successful Applicant

• CPA, ACCA or MBA qualified
• Driven personality with fluent English and Mandarin skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change
• Previous ERP implementation will be highly regarded
