Job Description
- Provide real estate coordination for company’s China real estate portfolio and processes, including managing the real estate approval and recommendation process.
- Serve as company real estate/facilities expert on project teams to deliver business-driven real estate transaction solutions related to the Company’s China portfolio of office, warehouse, land and manufacturing properties.
- Work closely with the Company’s preferred real estate transaction management provider to develop&conduct negotiation strategies.
- Understand individual division business drivers and needs, then apply that knowledge and develop plans which deliver effective real estate portfolio and workplace solutions to support those business needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent (preferably in Real Estate or related disciplines).
- 5 to 8 years of directly applicable work corporate real estate/facilities experience.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese; with multi-lingual abilities a plus.
- Understanding of relevant financial tools and basic real estate law.
- Strong leadership, oral and written communication, priority setting, ownership and analytical skills.
- Understanding of facility/infrastructure management a plus.
