About Our Client
Our client is an esteemed American Asset Management firm with high-profile projects and great exposure in Chinese market.

Job Description

• In charge of the F&B leasing activities of our client's Shanghai projects
• Implementing control of leasing tasks, tenants liaison, tenancy administration, co-ordination on takeover/handover of premises, fitting-out works, renovation works, rates administration and ad hoc duties;
• Coordinate with management companies on all day to day tenancy matters;
• Marketing and promotion of various projects, including exploring new clients through business connection and relevant marketing events.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration/estate management or related fields;
• 5+ years relevant working experience, with agencies or F&B brands;
• Familiar with all aspects and proactive of F&B leasing activities;
• Strong market sense and proactive attitude;
• Excellent interpersonal skill and good analytical mind;
• Proven team leader abilities;
• Fluency of English language skill both in oral and written.
