About Our Client
Our client is a winning retailer based in Hong Kong with an aggressive expansion plan in China. They are currently seeking an entrepreneur to join the Shanghai office and lead the growth for Eastern China region.

Job Description

• Report directly to the General Manager
• Develop local store network strategy and actively scouts for new sites
• Communicate and collaborate with strategic partners in site selection and negotiations
• Analyze new site and conducts feasibility studies
• Establishes effectiveness and trusting relationship with national and local real estate agents, existing and potential landlords, strategic partners and Internal Construction and New Store Opening teams
• Establish the brand as the preferred tenant in the market

The Successful Applicant

• Tertiary education with at least 5 years' retail property experience in China. Professional qualification in property and construction will be an advantage.
• Result oriented and a Change Agent - can effectively influence stakeholders and drive acceptance of change.
• Customer focused and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
