Job Description

As part of the Industry Group leadership team you will:

• Work collaboratively and cross functionally with key group stakeholders and management.
• Drive, manage and oversee the Industrial and Logistics Services business line in Beijing, with a particular focus on project management;
• Manage a growing dynamic team, focusing on expanding our presence in Beijing;
• Play a key role in growing the industrial and logistics services business, involving activities such as major disposal and acquisition of industrial properties, dealing with site acquisitions and project marketing;
• Provide a high standard of service to industrial clients, and generate business in the disposal and acquisition of industrial properties for the department;
• Build a successful Industrial and Logistics Services division in Beijing by being proactively involved in leading and motivating your team, identifying staffing needs and conducting staff appraisals.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful you must have;

• Five to eight years experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector, preferably with experience in the Northern China region;
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Estate Management, Business or Economics;
• Possess extensive experience in dealing with occupational requirements, site acquisitions, project marketing and the disposal/acquisition of industrial properties;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese;
• Highly disciplined strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability in leading by example.
