About Our Client
Ocean Nutrition Canada Limited (ONC) is a global supplier of MEG-3® brand Omega-3 EPA/DHA ingredients, from fish oil, to the dietary supplement and healthy food markets. ONC is in the business of researching, manufacturing, and marketing Omega-3 based ingredients that improve human health. ONC has a broad customer base, which includes multi-national companies in both the dietary supplement and food categories.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Asia Pacific for ONC, your role is to lead the commercial development and growth of ONC’s business in Dietary Supplements and Functional Food ingredients. You will be responsible for maintaining existing key account relationships with customers across China and Hong Kong and identifying and developing new customers in the region. You will work closely with Technical Services and Marketing departments at the head office in Canada, the relationship with the distribution partners whilst managing the China sales team and country office.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally candidates will have experience of working with contacts of the Chinese DAIRY industry. You will be a degree educated senior sales and marketing manager with experience in food ingredients or nutritional supplements and vitamins. You will have experience of the Chinese market, be fluent in Mandarin and English and have MNC experience. Your track record in business development and B2B account management will be exceptional and you will be able to demonstrate a track record of business growth. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be commercially astute to drive the business growth of this market leading organization in China.
