Job Description
1 Entirely in charge of running the engineer department, fulfillment project safety working civilize high quality project time and benefit target under the company standard. 2 Confirm the engineer skills principle modes and methods; control the problems and key points during apply the engineer skills, and solving those problem; conformity external professional technical resources, drive systematical professional ability. 3 Supervise department manager and technical engineer accomplish monthly working plan or special project plan, take participate in important engineer and technique reconstruct task. 4 Take charge of all sorts of department rules and regulations, examine process rules safety rules and supervise the implementation; 5 Correspond the internal and external business relationship between the design construct supervise units and other departments in the company. 6 Be responsible for the collocate of human resource, bring up the backbone of business, manage staff performance and team building.

The Successful Applicant
1 Bachelor degree above. 2 Major in project management or related. Possess whole project management experience. 10 years above working experience in the real estate industry; 5 years above same position management experiences in the real estate explore corporation 3 Be able to control the progress quality safety and cost entirely; high ability of communication and resource conformity.
