Job Description

Working as a member of the corporate real estate transaction team, you will:

• Work on key account management for leading corporate clients, providing them with first class advisory services across their China real estate assets.
• Work with CRE teams globally on client strategy.
• Present clients with strategic reviews, cost saving initiatives, industry best practice and overall portfolio strategies.
• Work closely with client in-house real estate teams and spend significant time on-site, acting in a consulting capacity.
• Ensure that the transactions, projects and facilities management functions are properly executed.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 5 years experiences in Real Estate industry.
• Deep understanding of transaction working process and solid background on dealing with MNC corporate organization in China.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are also an absolute imperative.
• Confident to work under pressure with good performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
