Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Contract Manager will be involved in the delivery and management of commissions in a range of sectors and across all the services. This role is to provide commercial and contractual advice at the outset and during the life of projects with a strong focus on two or more of the following:

• Assist in identifying contract management issues and proposing solutions for approval;
• Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved;
• Undertake all negotiations with regard to business agreements including contract terms, confidentiality agreement, and exploitation agreements;
• To keep abreast of legislative and other changes that may affect the operation of the contract;
• Regularly meeting with the management to review overall performance and provide required action plan.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-8 years experience in the property industry with a focus on contract management and procurement.
• Oversea returnee with real estate working experience is preferred.
• Professional membership (e.g. RICS, Law Society, CIArb, ICE, APM)
• Good knowledge of construction permit, contract, regulations and laws.
• Awareness of the issues and processes within the client?s service areas.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
