Our client is an international Real Estate firm that has provided the highest level of quality, service and value to its clients and investors for more than 50 years.With a presence in more than 96 cities around the globe and investor relationships with many of the world's largest financial institutions.Due to the business growing in China, our client is looking for a Construction Manager's role which reports to Vice President or Senior Construction Manager, this role will be based in Dalian and be fully in charge of the construction team and project.

Job Description

• Oversee all site-related construction matters for the residential portion of Dalian.
• Review all design development and construction drawings for coordination, cost-effectiveness, completeness and constructibility.
• Work closely with Vice President or Project Manager to manage the design team.
• Run tendering and contracting process with general contractor and subcontractors.
• Complete construction and occupancy on-time and on-budget, at top quality.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in construction or related field will be preferred.
• Minimum 10 years construction experience, with emphasis on high-rise residential.
• Prefer at least 5 years in China, with some north east China experience.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Strong communication skills and a good team player.
