About Our Client
Our client is an industry leader in the development of high-profile branded commercial properties in central Beijing. Due to their rapid growth in the market and continued development pipe-line they need to recruit a Construction Manager. This role will be fully in charge of the construction team and projects here in China.

Job Description

  • Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Adhere to defined management and delivery processes and other policies relevant to the projects scope.
  • Report project status and issues where help is needed to the manager.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in similar industry, of which minimum of 3 to 5 years working in similar capacity as a Construction Manage for real estate developer.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and meet schedules and budgets.
  • Good knowledge of architectural, structural and design.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good team leader/player.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum oversight.
  • Possesses the highest degree of integrity.
