The company is an international construction services company delivering fit out, construction and a range of specialist services

Job Description
Reporting to the Country Head of Project Management you will have responsibility for managing Construction Management contracts for the delivery of hospitality and corporate fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will have a strong background in driving site activity and administering sub-contracts in the Construction Management environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree / Diploma or above in a Construction related discipline or other similar qualifications
  • 5-8 years’ relevant experience in fitting out / decoration project design and site management with multinational corporate exposure (High-end retail) and advantage and 3 years experience in managerial role;
  • Experience in interior fit-out and A&A works with consultant, contractor and vendor in Experience in working in multinational team;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills and presentation skills;
  • Good command of verbal and written English;
  • Computer Literacy is essential;
  • Travel is required
