The business has successfully achieved RMB6billion/year turnover and has over 18,000 employees. The group is now looking for high caliber candidates to fill a key senior management positions;

Job Description
Due to the expansion in the region Springland is now looking for an experienced and talented retail commercial director to drive the group’s department stores business. To meet the business objectives this role will be deciding on the department stores positioning, competitive assortment and brand mix, as well as the visual planning.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful you should have at least 7 years experience in retail operations and with a high-performing department store in either China or Hong Kong. You need to be trend sensitive and familiar with new fashions and product innovation in the China domestic market and have an in-depth understanding of the consumer behavior. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
