Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing company as a Senior Internal Auditor for the whole Alibaba Group. You will be responsible with fellow audit consultants to plan, conduct and report audit findings at global locations but mainly within Greater China which include identify business & financial risk and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems of the company. Reporting to Audit Manager / Director, you will manage or mitigate these risks and make appropriate recommendations on how to improve the internal control in each of the functional areas. You will also assist Internal Audit management with annual internal audit planning and developing internal control and corporate governance concepts throughout the business.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should possess a qualified degree from an accredited University in finance or accounting related function. You will have at least 3 years experience either gained from professional accounting firms, preferably 'Big 4' or multi-national background. Strong analysis skills and executive reporting skills will be essential to this role. You will have an eye for detail and have strong diplomatic skills to deal with regional and cultural issues. You will also be prepared to conduct travel around 30%-40%. Fluent English & Mandarin and strong communication skills are essential.
