About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious technology provider with a strong presence in the PRC. Due to unprecedented growth and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, our client is seeking an experienced HR practitioner to lead the HR and administrative functions in the PRC.
Job Description
Reporting to the senior management team in Hong Kong and supported by local HR teams across multiple sites in China, you will be instrumental in providing leadership and direction to the HR function in line with business objectives. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including HR policy procedure development and implementation Beijing Based n, recruitment, C&B, talent development, employer branding, employee relations as well as performance management. Specifically, you will act as a HR business partner to review and implement organisational development initiatives and business re-engineering plans.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have at least 10 years HR generalist experience gained from reputable multinational organisations in the China market. A thorough understanding of human resources and knowledge of leading edge China practices will be required. Suitable candidates must have high levels of initiative and business acumen as well as a strategic mind-set and exceptional interpersonal /influencing skills to drive change. A hands-on working approach, strong business and customer oriented approach and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels are keys to success in this position. Extensive traveling throughout China will be required.
