Job Description

  • In charge of all nation-wide sales activities
  • Strategic development and operational management of the Chinese sales office
  • Increasing profitability by ensuring the strategic and tactical orientations in agreement with the Management Board
  • Expanding market share by developing and implementing appropriate market and marketing strategies
  • Expanding the dealer network and support of key accounts
  • P&L responsibility
  • Management of daily business days
  • Leadership and development of staff, ensuring a positive team-Spirits
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports and analysis of performance data and derivation of appropriate measures
  • Representing the company at external events and events
  • Reporting to the Head office in Germany.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in economics degree or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred but not compulsory
  • International experience is a must; preferably a European with China market experience, or Chinese with extensive overseas or MNC working experience
  • Medical equipment sales experience preferred as a plus; experience working in a production, and/or trade office experience preferred as a plus
  • Relevant experience in sales operations of a manufacturing company, ideally from the Chinese market
  • First experience in the areas of Corporate Development and Leadership
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken, German and / or Chinese advantageous
  • Willingness to travel extensively
