Our client is a VC invested, leading and prestigious manufacturer with a strong presence internationally. Due to unprecedented growth and as part of efforts to strengthen their position in the market, they are seeking an experienced and talented professional to join their team.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chairman/CEO, you will be part of the executive team and lead a full function Finance team internationally. As a strong leader, your role is to further assist their growing business by process improvements, developing new policies and establishing a strong functioning team. You will be fully responsible for the: Budgeting & Forecasting. Monthly, quarterly and annually including all financial Analysis. Reporting process and will also have to make key decisions on the expansion of the Business in China. You will be responsible for a large team of finance professionals and work as a business partnership in moving forward the business with their strategic goals. You will be responsible for internal controls, compliances, better business efficiencies and the full finance function. Furthermore, you are required to deal with the board of directors and investors in presenting their China business. Having a strategic mind and well rounded experiences, you will need to motivate and lead the team to develop with their growth.

The Successful Applicant
Candidates with previous experience in manufacturing with strong internal control will be highly preferred. CPA/ACCA qualified Finance candidate with at least 5 years experience in a similar role. ERP implementation experiences is essential in this role. Successful IPO experiences HK stock market for Chinese manufacture company is strongly preferred. Entrepreneurship spirit is essential to build the business and succeed, detail oriented and process driven, a self starter, with a strong track record in manufacture management. The ability to identify and proactively resolve business issues. Team management and strong leadership and people skills are essential for the role. Confidence with dealing with investors and senior management is required. Bilingual in both Mandarin and English is essential.
