Job Description
Reporting to the Asia Supply CEO and the Global CFO based in Paris, you will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team and act as a key member of the China strategic team. Responsible for the enhancement of financial and operational controls, you will establish strict internal controls and conduct analysis of company cash flow to ensure consistency with expansion plans. In addition, you will build relationships with various Government, Customs, Audit and Tax authorities to ensure compliance with PRC regulations & drive the implementation of SAP.

The Successful Applicant
CA/CPA qualified you will demonstrate proven experience in leading and motivating a finance function in a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation. The ability to develop strong internal and external relationships during a significant period of change, excellent leadership skills and strong commercial acumen will be crucial to the success of this role. To be considered, you will be a rigorous, transparent and honest leader with a track record of reliability. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as this position will work closely with local PRC authorities and European headquarters.
