Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Greater China and functionally to the Regional CFO, you will lead, coach and develop a sizable team across the region to deliver technical expertise, rigorous controls and operational excellence. As a key business partner to the senior management team, your contribution to devise the strategic direction and drive the growth of the business into new products and new markets will be imperative. In addition, you will deliver commercial solutions to the businesses and maximise profits to all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
Successful candidates will be professionally qualified ACA/CPA/ACCA and have 12-15 years experience in a leadership capacity. You will demonstrate proven commercial and business partnership skills to drive the growth of a business. In addition, you will be fluent in English and Mandarin, have seasoned experience of conducting business in China, and have knowledge of manufacturing and commercial exposure in both JVs and WOFEs. Previous experience in driving change, integrating acquisitions and building teams will be essential.
