Job Description

The position reports directly to the Regional Manager of Eastern/Central China and will also work closely with the other related Managers in charge of Tertiary & Employer developments

Manage the portfolio of targeted employer partners & tertiary institutions to maximize portfolio and individual account outcomes.
Establish and maintain valued relationships with targeted accounts and coordinate internal contact points such as CFO, Financial Controllers, Recruitment Managers and HR Executives, Graduates, Heads of School, Academics, Campus Liaison Officers, Career Advisor's and Student union representatives
Maintain organization information and the integrity of account and portfolio data Implement and achieve targets within the employer & tertiary activity plans, and product and service offer.
Active support for the wider business development team and maintaining market and product knowledge

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ Years experience in Business Development or learning and development background beneficial
Strong sales and influencing skills in a professional services or equivalent environment
Mature professional who thinks strategically
Skilled at participating in change processes
Good oral and written communication skills (English)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter
Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent organizational, planning, and privatization skills
Excellent presentation skills Team player with an inclusive style Excellent time management skills and attention to detail A high level of energy and ability to energies others
