About Our Client
Our client is a world-leading and global manufacturer of engines and complete power systems for both marine and industrial applications. With quick expansion and a well diversified business, China is their largest market and the most important revenue contributor in the whole Asia region. We are looking for a seasoned Business Controller of China to realize the huge potential of further development.

Job Description
Directly reporting to the President/Market Area Head of China with dotted reporting to the Regional CFO based in Singapore, you will take full business control and finance responsibilities of the China operations. Leading a team of eight, you will work with all department heads to drive business growth and identify further development opportunities through effective analysis, KPI and performance monitoring and insightful financial advisory. You will be in charge of financial discipline and corporate governance. Furthermore, you will be involved in setting up a completely new regional facility for an engine distribution center sited in Shanghai.

The Successful Applicant
This role would ideally suit an accomplished finance professional (ACCA/CPA) with at least 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in multinational companies. You will possess a strategic and commercial mindset with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to effectively deal with and influence others is essential to the success of the role. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
