About Our Client
Our client, a leading real estate advisory and agency group, has built a strong and profitable Property Management business over the last few years with their China market share and profile increasing substantially. With new project mandates across Northern China, they have created a new requirement for an Associate Director, or Director level hire.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Property Services and leading a substantial property management group you will:

• Provide leadership and direction in the provision of world class property management services to clients in Northern China.
• Oversee all operational issues, longer term strategic planning, operating and capital budgeting and implementation of all group policies, procedures and best practices.
• Work with the executive management team on PM strategy, business development and securing new mandates across China.
• Liaise with other group service lines and cross sell/support overall business growth.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify you will posses:

• At least 7 years experience in the property market, with exposure to both residential, retail and commercial sectors.
• Experience managing property assets, ensuring quality and international standard of delivery.
• Understanding of the latest facilities management techniques and building management systems.
• A broad understanding of property finance, leasing, legal and marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
