Job Description
The role of the successful candidate is to identify and develop business opportunities with senior multinational executives in their Asian headquarters. The position will be required to manage all strategic advisory and transaction management services. Stretching across the Asia Pacific Region and will include a combination of industrial, retail and special purpose facilities in primary and secondary markets. The right candidate will be given opportunity to help influence executive management and strategic direction of the Company and to oversee client services quality and maintain key client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5 years or more corporate real estate brokerage related experience
• Preference for at least 2 years in-Asia experience
• Track record of managing a key corporate account and verifiable good references with existing and previous clients
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Solid computer skills & excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with sound attention to detail
• Proven ability to grow revenue while managing costs
• Well-organised but flexible in nature Independent and capable of working under own initiative
