About Our Client

*Assume accountability for the development and implementation of both territory and individual account business plans to identify and priorities customer needs, key objectives and actions to achieve sales targets.
*Leverage existing relationships with all external customers to further build trust and understand their critical priorities, setting the company apart from our competitors, maximising our customer's co-operation and support and establishing the company as a preferred supplier to enhance sales penetration.
*Proactively seek out new business opportunities through broadening our contact base and increasing visibility within hospital departments.
*Actively seek to deliver winning results by proactively seeking and engaging in personal and professional development activities, take ownership of being a positive role model and mentor for others, strive for excellence through high standards of performance and execution, take accountability for individual development and deliver winning results every time
*Complete all activities (customer facing, administrative & other) relevant to the role within reasonable time frames and to a high standard of quality and complete accuracy. All activities to be completed in line with the Company's code of conduct, policies, procedures and defined expectations.
*Deliver comprehensive, relevant and engaging clinical education, product training and in-use product audits as required by customers and external organisations in line with company commitment to ongoing service, support and solution provision. Optimise the learning experience by enhancing user support, ensuring appropriate use of our products and focusing on safe outcomes for clinicians and patients.
*Contribute to a world class workforce by proactively sharing experiences and expertise, finding innovative solutions and identifying opportunities that improve the way we work so that we can accelerate growth, stay ahead of the competition and create more value for our customers
The Successful Applicant
*English speaking skill is a must
*Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales or Health-care related field
*Hands on and aggressive, willing to do and have great 'can do' attitude
*Experienced in working with and recommending a course of action to key clinicians including Nurses, Surgeons & other Medical professionals and Clinical Management personnel
*Demonstrates application of a customer focused sales process
*Has good connections with hospital, clinics and doctors
