About Our Client
Our client is an advisory firm specializing in critical issues and corporate relations: a global partnership with 23 offices in 14 countries. Client has grown organically, operating as a single profit center - allowing us to respond seamlessly to our clients' needs, wherever they are in the world.
This role will be to provide face desktop support in the Beijing office plus provide telephone and remote desktop support to the Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai offices. As this role will be part of a 24 x 7 rota between the IT staff in the different offices there will also be a requirement to provide remote desktop and telephone support to colleagues from other international offices as well.
The Successful Applicant
*Fluent English skills in both spoken and writing.
*Good customer service skills.
*Good time management and organizational skills.
*Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and non-technical way.
