*Provision of support on a rota / shift basis including 24 x 7 support (on-call)
*Service the project "CTB" and "RTB" IBM MQ and Integration Bus demands across all Fidelity's business areas
*Support and maintain Fidelity's Managed File Transfer solution - Linoma GoAnywhere.
*Assist in the maintaining patch levels for IBM MQ and Integration Bus products across environments.
*Facilitate the migration to a rationalised, more cost effective infrastructure configuration going forward.
*MQ / IIB system management, capacity management and administration, such as performance, logging, backup, recovery and health checking
*Undertake BAU maintenance / support including response to monitoring alerts
*Assist in the provision of DR / BCP support and testing

*Work with external 3rd Parties to ensure provision of services of required quality to underpin TIS service provision and operations.
*Provide accurate estimates and ability to assess the length and complexity of tasks
*Training/coaching junior team members and technical leading when required
*Highlight risks/issues invoking escalation procedures, where necessary
*Liaison with business stakeholders, architecture, application support and other development teams
Your skills and experience
Extensive knowledge of IBM MQ and Integration Bus implementations, configuration and administration
Extensive knowledge of an IBM MQ / IIB monitoring product, such as BMC QPASA
Extensive knowledge of message routing hubs and message transformation
Strong knowledge of MFT principals and ideally, experienced with at least one MFT product.
Technical hands-on skills in IIB v9+ messaging development
Extensive production support experience
Problem determination and fault finding
Experience of SWIFT messaging protocol
Understanding and experience of ITIL
Knowledge of standard messing formats - e.g. XML, JSON, SOAP.
Knowledge/experience of other messaging tools and protocols
Knowledge of Java would be an advantage
Relational database knowledge/experience
UNIX platform knowledge - navigation and administration (AIX / Linux)
Ideally possessing IBM certification for IBM MQ / Integration Bus
